The Hamilton Leadership Prayer Breakfast is modelled after the Burlington Leadership Prayer Breakfast. It is led by a small group of passionate Hamilton citizens who want to see the city and its leaders covered in prayer, knowing Jesus Christ alone is our hope and salvation.
Supporting and Lifting Up in Prayer
The annual event is an opportunity for the Christian community to gather together to support and honour our local Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs) Mayor and City Councillors, as well as our first responders and community leaders, and lift them up in prayer.
This is done with the presence of over hundreds of Hamiltonians at an early morning breakfast who join in a “Prayer for Leadership” led by a guest from the Christian community. It's also an opportunity to hear an inspirational speaker who is living out his or her faith in the workplace and the community. The program also features an inspirational musical presentation.
